It doesn’t have to be the start of a new year to make a change. You can wake up any morning and decide you want something new. It can be boring getting stuck in the swing of things and feeling like you’re going through the motions. I often find myself tired of the normality of everyday life. So, decide you’re going to do something, and commit to it. You could start a workout plan, cleanse, new hobby, or blog! Reading a book in your downtime or learning how to cook something new is certainly healthier than binge watching the next season of OITNB (yes I am speaking from experience, and WOW what a cliffhanger). As for my new hobby, I decided I would start a blog. Tomorrow, maybe I’ll try rock climbing. Stay tuned 🙂 C
